Excellent experience

My role was eliminated through a restructuring at my company. Lisa helped me understand my options and was able to negotiate a reasonable settlement. Lisa did a great job of assessing the situation and articulating the issues to my employer in a very direct and confident way without being antagonistic. The process to resolve took 2 months however her time charged was very reasonable – she was great at being very efficient with her time which I greatly appreciated. We were dealing with a very large and sophisticated company which she held her own against.
